While I’m working on the final pages of Sarnath, here’s a commissioned sketch I finished the other day. It has nothing to do with HP Lovecraft or the Dreamlands, but it’s nice to be asked to just draw human characters once in awhile. Is it bad to admit I get that sense of “adventurous expectancy” (Lovecraft quote) from idealized manga-ish character art, not just Georgian architecture, like Lovecraft did?
