Seattle is back to its usual self, alternating in hours between gray and stormy, and as sunny and idyllic as you could possibly imagine: fluffy white clouds in a blue sky. Over the weekend we saw the new Miyazaki film “The Wind Rises,” which was probably my favorite Miyazaki movie since “Spirited Away.”
