Here’s another PG-rated zombie portrait for a “Map of Zombies” Kickstarter supporter! This one ended up probably being the most hideous of the batch, so I hope the probably K-4 age group niece who was the intended recipient didn’t object. (But really, she’s still much more presentable than some of the other zombies I’ve been drawing.)

On a totally unrelated note, I’m happy to announce that my H.P. Lovecraft graphic novel anthology, The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath and Other Stories, is now available for iBooks! This 230-page collection includes all the material from the original print edition — the title story, “The White Ship,” “Celephais”, “The Strange High House in the Mist,” a sketch/gallery section, a B&W map of the Dreamlands, and a text-free version of the Hesperia cover image — PLUS something I’ve wanted to add to the book since day one, my 20-page adaptation of “The Doom That Came to Sarnath”! If you’ve wanted to get Dream-Quest but didn’t want to have a hefty physical book lying around the house (despite its usefulness as a weapon or defensive shield), this is your opportunity! Thanks to Christopher Middleton for the iBooks conversion and especially to my wife, Jumana Al Hashal for suggesting the digital conversion and putting it up on the store. I couldn’t have done it without you, darling — you’re the awesomest.

Stay tuned for news about other digital book formats! ;) And till then, see you on Monday with more zombies.

NEXT UPDATE: Monday!
